A letter to friends in data law
Hello everyone, I am Bill Zhou. As a newbie who got started in 2020, I have spent two and a half years in this emerging field.
The past two and a half years have also been a time of great development of China's data law, with various regulatory documents and standards being introduced one after another. However, during study, I can strongly feel that China's data law is in its infancy, and the legal provisions are relatively principled, requiring a lot of explanations and theories to help understand. Therefore, both in the practical and academic circles, there are many problems left for us to solve.
All of the above factors lead to the fact that in data law learning, people are often confused by the vast amount of books and materials and are at a loss when faced with the conflicting opinions of the big guys. These greatly increase the difficulty of learning and information searching.
At the same time, the existing knowledge management model in China cannot meet the needs of learners and workers, nor can it keep up with the pace of legal updates and iterations in reality. Fragmented knowledge and closed data sources often force us to waste precious energy on "reinventing the wheel".
Therefore, I created a knowledge base on data law based on Feishu software. This is a knowledge base composed of a collection of shared documents that can be freely edited and read by everyone. I hope that this knowledge base can become the entrance to the door of data law for everyone and also the basis for knowledge management for everyone.
This is a brand new attempt to spread and compile knowledge. We will follow the development of data law and witness the footprints of every friend in this pioneering era.
