The DLaw knowledge base is mainly based on the interpretation of the "Personal Information Protection Law" (PIPL), and has gradually expanded many independent thematic sections:
- Interpretation of the provisions of the PIPL: A detailed interpretation and analysis of 8 provisions in 74 chapters of the PIPL, summarizing the views of various scholars.
- Overview of data laws in foreign regions: including an introduction to the basic data protection legal systems of major countries such as Europe, Asia, Oceania, and America.
- EDPB and Art. 29 WP Database: This section brings together the guidance documents issued by the EDPB and Art. 29 WP, and collects the corresponding Chinese translation versions.
- Important areas of data law: focus on sorting out data law knowledge in key areas such as cross-border data transfer, data ownership, data security, and capital markets.
- Data Law + Industry: Sort out data protection knowledge by industry, such as finance, labor, medical care, automobiles, etc.
