Data Law Dictionary

Data Law Dictionary Report
For many beginners and practitioners, the field of data law is like an endless sea. From the very beginning, we have to deal with various concepts. How to understand "personal information"? "Association" or "identification"? What is the relationship between "personal information" and "data"? These terms should not become a barrier that hinders our communication.
Therefore, we at DLaw Hub launched the project of compiling the "Data Law Dictionary" in May this year. In the process of compiling this "Data Law Dictionary", we sorted out the scattered concept explanations in various seas, and provided more multi-dimensional and practical annotations for these concepts based on the experience and understanding of the compilation team. In addition, we also connected various sections and articles in the DLaw Hub knowledge base through these concepts.
This dictionary report includes 320 concepts and terms in the field of data law. We will present them to you in order of Chinese pinyin.
For each concept, we will introduce its English translation, definition, our annotations, related words, and links to related materials in the DLaw Hub knowledge base.
- In the definition part, we will use two colors to mark different sources. In the blue frameDefinitions in the laws, regulations and standards displayed; andIn the green frameWhat is shown is the explanation of this concept by the DLaw Hub writing team members themselves.
- For the English part, we mainly rely on official translations in laws, regulations and standard documents. For unofficial translations, we will mark them with "*".
In terms of presentation, we will break the limitations of traditional paper texts and use the Internet and artificial intelligence technology to bring you one step closer to our dictionary. In addition to this report, the dictionary we compiled this time also provides two other different ways of use:
