Helen Zhou is a member of DLaw Hub. She graduated from Fudan University and will go to the University of California, Los Angeles to pursue a master's degree. Her fate with data law and AI law began when she became a member of DLaw Hub, and she continued to increase her interest in this field through learning and research in the DLaw Hub organization.
She has conducted some research on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), especially on the two parts of consent and data transfers. She has studied important documents such as the Guideline and conducted comparative research in combination with similar laws in China.
She is currently in charge of the construction of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act knowledge base, and is committed to further improving the existing database. First, she has summarized the legislative background, process, and content of the Act, and is now going down to each article and doing an in-depth review of the relevant content of each article.
